Your personal data will be stored on our secure platform for seven years while we have an obligation to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date so would ask if you can contact us to correct or remove any information that you think is inaccurate.

The information collated is essential for us to preform our professional services and without collecting accurate personal data we would be unable to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations.

You have the right to request a copy of the information stored on our platform and if you require a copy of some or all of your personal information please email or write to us using our website contact details.

Additionally, should you no longer require us to store your personal information with SRSP then we would within a month of the request delete all details pertaining to your previous enquiry and engagement with the firm.
